After a binge: don't skip meals, don't do punishment cardio
After a binge, the urge is to make up for it. Skip breakfast, add an hour of fasted cardio. It feels responsible, and it's exactly what sets up the next binge, because the hunger and the deprivation come back twice as hard.
The red button gives you the opposite plan. In the video: drink water, eat your next scheduled meal on time, and treat fasted cardio and skipped meals as off the table. Then back to your normal routine.
Sleep plays a bigger part in the next day's cravings than most people expect, which is covered in how sleep debt sets up the next binge.
