About to binge? Tap this before you open the fridge
Most binges are decided in the first minute, standing in the kitchen. This clip shows the green button, the one for that moment, with a real response from the app.
The response in the video tells you to do twenty squats and leave the kitchen. That's typical: something physical and immediate that breaks the automatic chain from urge to food. The wording changes every time, so it doesn't turn into background noise.
The idea behind it is that an urge rises, peaks and fades on its own if you don't feed it. The app's job is only to get you past the peak. If you want the longer explanation, read the science of breaking the cycle.
